The objective of Network & Information Security (NETINFOS) Laboratory at CSED@IET-L is to provide a platform where students understand the working principle of various communication protocols, routing algorithms and data transfer between machines. The students explore data transmission security and data recovery methods in NETINFOS lab.
The list of equipments at NETINFOS:
- 30 desktops of core i7 Intel 3.4 GHz with 8GB RAM and 1TB HDD connected to 24x7 1GBPS high-speed Internet connections.
- 30-45 minutes Power Backup
- Laserjet Printers - 2
