IET Lucknow deployed an online Complaint Management System in March 2022, The System is based on a popular Open Source Project OSTicket.

Using the Online Complaint System
- The System can be used in 3 Modes
- Every Support request is allotted a Ticket Number for tracking.
- Support Requests are assigned to Departments/Staff depending on the request.
- The requests are handled by various departments and updates regarding the same are posted which are also intimated to requester via email
- Support Requests are closed when the request is completed, in the user is unsatisfied with the response the response could be replied via email/web and the Ticket is reopened for resolution.
